Before commission a sculpture, make sure that you agree with the artist's style & the uniqueness of artworks.
In order to create an exquisitely rendered sculpture, each piece of work takes 15-25 days to sculpt and paint. However, the hand-made sculpture can’t be 100% identical to your furbaby, with a similarity of 80% (or reference to previous works). The sculpture might be different from your expectation, but the creative process is hard and lengthy, it cannot be canceled or reworked after creating.
All sculptures will be engraved with cat's name & D’cat signature. It could be preserved permanently as long as properly placed (don't scratch the surface with force & be careful not to fall). If the sculpture is damaged, you could send it to me for restore (charges depending on the situation).
When the sculpture completed, it will be shipped directly to you and without photos during the process. There is only one sculptor, your patience is very important. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you very much for your great cooperation. :-)

1.SEND PHOTO When commissions open, email your cat's photo to [email protected] (*Indicate your country)
2.QUOTED According to customer's requirements, e.g. cat's fur pattern, long or short-haired cat, with or without scenes ... and other needs, quote a price separately.
3.RESERVE If you are willing to order, you can follow the instructions to provide cat's info & photos. After completing this step, your commission will be placed on the wait-list (no deposit required).
4.WAITING Waiting for notice, it might be earlier or later than the scheduled time.
5.CONFIRM When it's your turn, I will discuss with you and confirm the details about your cat's statue.
6.PAYING Avoid schedule delay, please pay within 5 days after commission confirmed.
7.SCULPT The statue will be created after confirming payment , each piece of work takes 15-25 days to sculpt.
8.SHIPPING Shipping notification will be sent by e-mail, days of delivery vary depending on your location, usually takes 3-7 days (commence from mailing date, excluding customs clearance date).
